Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.
For Mainland PortugalOrders above a minimum value may qualify for free shipping.
For Spainany Any customs fees, import taxes, or additional costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend reviewing the customs policies of the destination country in advance.
Delivery Conditions
- Customers will receive an email confirmation of shipment along with the tracking code.
- It is essential to provide an accurate address, as errors or delays due to incorrect addresses are not the responsibility of Cama em Ponto..
Undelivered or Lost Orders
If the order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, the customer should contact us at geral@camaemponto.comproviding the order number and tracking code. We will investigate with the courier and take necessary actions, such as resending the product or issuing a refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Canceling an Order Before Shipment
Customers can cancel orders before dispatch by:
