  3. Personalized products, developed on request, which are not eligible for return, except in the event of a proven defect.

3. Pricing and Payment Policy

The prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force. Promotions and discounts applied on the site are valid only during the period indicated and may be changed without prior notice.

4. Delivery and Returns Policy

5. Cancellation and Amendment of Orders

  1. Cancellation Before Shipment:
    The customer can request cancellation of the order before it is dispatched by contacting our Customer Service.
  2. Order changes:
    Changes to the delivery address or products ordered must be confirmed with Customer Service prior to dispatch. After this point, changes are not guaranteed.

6. Product warranty

In Cama em Ponto, we guarantee the compliance of our products with established quality standards, in accordance with European Union regulations. All products are covered by a legal guarantee of 24 months, from the date of purchase.

Warranty coverage

In the event of manufacturing defects or lack of conformity, the customer shall be entitled, in that order, to one of the following remedies:

  • Product repairensuring its correct functioning and quality;
  • Replacement with the same product;
  • Replacement with a similar productas long as it is accepted by the customer;
  • Contract termination and reimbursement, if none of the above options are possible.

Warranty exclusions

They are not covered by the guarantee:

  • Damage caused by abusive use, negligence or misuse of the product;
  • Normal wear and tear, according to the manufacturer's specifications;
  • Inability to prove the reported defect;
  • Situations identified as an attempt to fraud.

Procedure for Activating the Warranty

To activate the guarantee, the customer must:

  1. Submit the complaint through the official contact channels, providing proof of purchase and a description of the problem;
  2. Return the product for analysis by our team.

Once the product has been received and inspected, the customer will be informed of the result of the analysis and the measures to be taken.

Resolution deadlines

The maximum period for resolution, including repair, replacement or reimbursement, will be 30 days from the confirmation that the customer is entitled to the guarantee.

Refunds

Any refund will be made by the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

This guarantee is without prejudice to the additional rights provided for in consumer protection legislation.
